The American Dream

unfortunately NO the American Dream is not for every one equally. it is for the rich and powerful. or the small few that take it for themselves. must of the time that small made it because they stole it and in America that is what we are known for stilling what is not ours to make it ours that's how we got here in the first place. but it has nothing to do with race it is very thing to do with power, and money.Who want's to beat a dead horse. lets just work one being good people to the ones a round us and it will spread far. Believe in yourself and what your dreams are,and that's your American Dream.

here we see more people standing for what they believe in and as this article read the students want a better tomorrow; not only for themselves but for their kid and kids, kids. as we move on to our own futures we will have to deiced be like it is and was in the past or move foreword with loving one another as we want to be loved. Not judging someone because of the way they look on the out side but how they are on the inside. As humans we should have more compaction for others; we have't shown to others what most wild animals show for their opposites. we will even kill for sport no matter who or what it is. NOT where we should be in this day in age we should be wiser and way more open to others and their ways.

Mizzou Students and Faculty Take a Stand

these people know what they want and are willing to stand for it; then go for it by all means do what a lot of us don't have the courage to do. It is a lot to believe one way and still stand agents it but if they are true in heart and mind then they should see a little change in their own environment, and in the world around them. I co-mend any one who can stand and believe in whats right just for the fact it is the right thing to do. keep up the good work let us all learn from them and stand in the fight with them to have the country that we were suppose to be.

Police Brutality in SC

We can't say that police brutality is only in one state it is all over the world and it is not just with police, the marines and other people of power. they think they are above the law, when they should be upholding the law. it is not exceptionable way for the ones that are suppose to protect us from others that might want to cause us harm. the problem lies in the fact that they are the ones causing harm to us and leaving us to not trust them for anything.

The N Word?

In a way yes, the authors had very good points on the N- Word. To be honest I hate saying it that way. It is a word that People have given power, authority, and themselves to. If we do what we are suppose to do, which is to love one another as we love ourselves, no word would ever have an effect on us no matter what color we are. We are the same! I myself have loved many of many races and we all felt the same, that no words or person with words could change the way we loved one another. That our bonds were far stronger than any word or a person with words could ever brake. As a mother of two little white girls I would say that I am striving to build a better future. One in which it won't matter what your color, race, sex, age is to any other. It will be based on if you are a good soul, and are you willing to add to the best future we could want for our next generation.

With this said, I will not accept the changes to any historical literature to the words it has in it. The authors of the literary works of art used those specific words to make a point, not to hurt anyone, but to let the future know the truth. I am sure they where trying to educate the future generations to not repeat what was going on at that time. What is the saddest thing in my eyes is that we have to fight for the right to have our history be taught to our children the way it was intended, not the way they want to rewrite it. To me it sounds like a certain Ray Bradbury novel.

What I Don't Know! but What I will Learn

I would have to say that I am OK, not all that good, at any of the writing stuff and never have been. I am trying to get better but the writing styles change, formats change, we even use computers more now. It has been twelve years, probably more, since I was in a reading/writing class, or have had to write any type of paper. So here we go on the road to learn something all over again.

I am really good with computers and most programs they have, so getting the formats and style changes down won’t be too hard (I hope). With the wonderful creation of spell check my spelling has gotten even better, but with this said, I can honestly say I am not sure what my strengths are. I know my weaknesses, and they are many, but they can be overcome with my determination and the knowledge the teacher has to offer. I believe I can become an amazing writer.

welcome

Hello, how are you all, I am here.
